• Relocation & Immigration: Assisting with residence permits (Migri), tax cards, and housing arrangements (if hired).

Legal Basis: We process data based on your Consent (application) and our Legitimate Interest in connecting workers with employers.

Data Sharing: Your profile (excluding sensitive contact details initially) is shared with client companies in Finland for hiring decisions. We may also share data with government authorities (e.g., Finnish Immigration Service) when required for your permit process.

5. International Transfers & Retention

Third Countries: If you are applying from outside the EU (e.g., India), we process your data to bring you to the EU. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any data processed by our vetting partners abroad.

Retention: We keep candidate data for 24 months to match you with future opportunities. You can request deletion at any time.
